We hired DJ Persist (Jesse) as both our DJ and photobooth vendor for our wedding, and he was absolutely incredible. From the start, he was so easy to communicate with and really listened to everything we wanted. His DJ and MC skills were amazing! He flawlessly MC’d in both English and Spanish, which made the night feel even more special for our families. We threw a lot of different genres (hip-hop, r&b, pop, EDM, rock, latin) at him, and he mixed everything perfectly. The dance floor stayed full all night, and our guests are still talking about how great the music was. The photobooth was also a huge hit! We’re so grateful we chose Jesse for our big day. Highly recommend DJ Persist!

My wedding was over a year ago, so I'm well past the "honeymoon phase" regarding the event and can speak to the lasting memories that DJ Persist created for us. Whenever my husband and I discuss our wedding with friends and family, the #1 comment is that the dance floor was one of the best they've ever seen -- absolutely incredible vibes and packed the ENTIRE night. This is because Jesse is awesome at his job. He did a great job of integrating our must-play songs with other inspiration (including Spotify playlists) to serve the tastes of both sides of our family, plus our friends. Also, I appreciated that he cultivated a "club vibe" without doing too much obvious mixing, since I like to hear the original songs. (Per another review, the fact that our caterer also hired Jesse for her daughter's quinceñera says a lot -- you know that people in this industry see more events than anyone!) I would recommend DJ Persist to anyone who wants to throw an unforgettable party.

I’ve been to a few weddings where DJ Persist was the DJ, and saying he’s good is honestly an understatement. He knows how to read the room, build the energy, and keep the vibe going all night. I’m usually out the door by 10 PM, but with DJ Persist, that’s when the party really kicks in—and somehow, he even gets us dancing! I’ve also had the chance to work alongside him, and it’s always a blast. He’s not only talented but also super professional, easy to communicate with, and fun to collaborate with. If you’re looking for a DJ who can truly elevate the energy of your event and get everyone moving, DJ Persist is your guy.

You NEED to go with DJ Persist for your wedding!!! We originally found him because we were hoping to find a bilingual DJ who could address our loved ones in both English and Spanish while knowing the fun Mexican wedding dance traditions. We had multiple interviews with DJs but he really stood out and made us feel like no one would be left out on the dance floor! We got the deluxe package which includes everything you need! The most important part was the music and he truly knocked it out of the park. He incorporated all the genres and songs we asked for while adding in songs that fit the vibe perfectly. He was able to create the perfect multicultural medley that fit us perfectly as a couple. It ranged from 2000s hits to cumbias to Marco Antonio Solís to Taylor Swift which may seem like a huge range but he did it all so seamlessly that everyone was having the best time. He did such a great job of keeping us on track that night and followed the timeline we gave him to a T! He also offers so many fun and cool add-ons. We got the Photo Booth which our guests loved as they got to take something home with them. We also had a robot (who dressed up as a gorilla for a bit) and this was the highlight of the night!!! Seriously our guests have not stopped talking about it because it was so memorable and different :) He made everything so easy and seamless so that you just show up on wedding day and have fun! He also put together a picture slideshow of my husband and I which was such a sweet touch. His lighting set-up was amazing and worked perfectly with our venue. I honestly wish we would’ve gotten more add-ons so do it for yours because you won’t regret it! Jesse is truly a great guy with vibrant and professional energy that you will be so happy you went with him! 100000/10 recommend! Thank you DJ Persist!!!
