The sales process was low-pressure, from one day to the next the brand new compressor and handler was installed. The installation crew was respectful of our home, used floor runners, and cleaned up everything before they left. After visiting with the Dr HVAC sales technician (Nick) who was very helpful, I decided to purchase a new central ac and paid the deposit. A couple of days later I realized the timing for installation wasn't good and I wasn't ready to commit to a purchase. I spoke to Nimo at Dr HVAC and he refunded my deposit within a week and was very friendly and considerate. He didn't put pressure on me to change my mind or justify my decision, he simply arranged the refund. I was grateful as I had been worried that I might lose the deposit and he reassured me it was no problem. Great sales team.
