Excellent experience! Our Dogtopoia team was dependable, caring, and always went the extra mile to make sure Amazing and Mighty were happy and well cared for. Truly the best!
I LOVE THE CAMERAS to watch my pup when I am missing him. Not only do I love seeing him but I can see how the staff love on him and know he is being cared for well. At one point I could tell Bob was overwhelmed and a staff member sat on floor and he laid head in her lap and she gave him gentle pets on his sweet head. It was just what I needed when I missed him.
It was the first time we had ever boarded Luna. She's a very friendly dog that we take to the dog park frequently, but you know, we were still a little nervous about leaving her. Well- she was happy to see us, but she was mostly tired from her vacation and sleepover with friends. She played a ton. She made a best friend. And she seems absolutely unphased by being boarded at all. That last part made me the happiest. We will for sure use dogtopia again.
We adopted Chewy in August 2020 @ 18 months old. She was a surrender at the Omaha Humane Society. We were only one applicant in 72 applicants, we got the call it was instant knowing she was perfect for us. And I think she also knew that we were hers. What we learned from the surrender paperwork was that she came from a family with 3 young children, 2 other dogs, 2 cats, mom, dad & COVID. September we joined friends at Pint Nine micro brewery who allowed dogs in. We noticed a lot of dogs coming and going at the other end of the strip mall. It was Park Your Pawz. I knew from Chewys past that she needed to be with other dogs. She fit right in and loved it. It was shortly bought by DOGTOPIA and it’s been perfect for Chewy. She goes half days, once a week, every Wednesday and then down to Pint Nine for socializing. I love the staff, the webcam TV. It’s important to watch Chewy interact with the other dogs. If I have a question I can email, the staff get right back with me. I am so happy with the care she gets from the staff. She loves the attention she gets from the staff. I tell everyone I know and run into at Pint Nine about the staff and facilities at DOGTOPIA. I could not be happier, thank you.
We have been seeing Natalie for grooming since she started there (10 years!). She loves & knows our dogs and makes sure they feel comfortable when they’re nervous. She pays attention to any changes in their bodies and lets us know if she feels a bump or something needs attention. When I ask my Westie (Poe) “do you wanna go see Natalie?” he always jumps up and runs down to get his leash. I think he loves her too.
