Have been taking my baby here for the past 3-4 years. Love that they have options for training and they get to know each dogs’ needs and behavior. They have such cute events like Bark to School and photos with Santa. Even though they are crate-free, they do have the option if your dog is used to being crated at night or when they need a break. Even better that they have 24 hour surveillance! Their groomers are wonderful as well. I love that they have a daycare package where the days not used roll over to the next week or you can pause it at anytime. You also get a discount on grooming and extra days if needed. All around one of the best doggy daycares around!

I absolutely love Dogtown! My first dog started going in 2020. She came from an abusive background and thus was fearful, shut down, and distrustful of people. With the chance to socialize in a kennel-free environment and with the patient, loving care of the staff, she truly blossomed. In 2024, I adopted another dog who had survived a gunshot wound and partial amputation. Dogtown went above and beyond to accommodate his needs by keeping him comfortable, monitoring his stress, and ensuring he was safe while he healed. What stands out most are the people. The team at Dogtown genuinely cares about every dog. My pups attend daycare five days a week and have boarded multiple times. If any concern arises, the staff communicates immediately with me, and once they even helped take my dog to the vet when I couldn’t leave work. That level of trust and commitment is priceless. For anyone concerned about negative reviews: daycare is just like sending your kids to preschool. The dogs aren’t kenneled and as such, they play, run, and interact with each other. That means the occasional scuffle or nip can happen, just as toddlers might bump heads on the playground. And yes, after a day of romping with dozens of other pups, they’ll smell like… dogs. To me, that’s the scent of a happy, well-socialized pet who spent the day loved and active. Dogtown has been a wonderful second home for my dogs, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with them.

Unsafe environment for dogs and humans, sometimes there as many as 25-30 dogs to one person with very little additional support. They are left free to run in packs and there is no legitimate or proper training to be had for the daycare attendants, as well as the dogs. Behavior is not managed well (even thought they advertise they’re behavior based) and dogs are at legitimate risk for injury due to fighting (frequent). Read their google one star reviews and you can read countless stories of dogs being attacked and needing medical attention to which DogTown did very little or nothing at all to remedy the situation. The outdoor areas the dogs have is poorly maintained and absolutely reeks as they don’t properly clean the turf. Frequently attendants leave diarrhea and don’t even rinse it off. Furthermore, inside the facility is poorly kept up, smells, and extremely disorganized (as are most of their employees and the leadership). Dogs have died on their watch. Dogs have escaped on their watch (watched it happen at the facility near me). DO NOT USE DOG TOWN!

Dogtown Cinci goes above and beyond with care for my dog as well as myself. They love all the dogs like their own and my dog is so excited to go spend time there. Tatum and the front desk and overnight staff will help with any request, so communicative, and ease my anxiety leaving my pup for boarding. I now take my dog to weekly daycare and grooming with their packages! So so lucky to have found them.

Dogtown has truly been a lifesaver for me and my pup, Peppy! He struggles with separation anxiety, so finding a daycare where he feels safe and happy was really important — and Dogtown has exceeded every expectation. He goes almost every day and is still excited to run through the doors, which says everything. You can tell the staff genuinely care about the dogs. Shoutout to Jackson, Bri, Nick, Saint, and the rest of the team (even the ones I only know from the cameras!) who always dote on Peppy and treat him like their own. It means so much knowing he’s surrounded by people who take the time to really get to know his personality. I also love that they offer grooming — it’s so convenient to have it done while he’s already at daycare, and it takes a huge burden off me. So grateful for this place!
