Would not recommend to anyone if you have an anxious dog staying away. My dog had to attend day care last year to avail of boarding. We were very happy to do this. Unfortunately he was unsettled on his boarding, we were advised we needed to continue sending him day care which we did for a further year at 1-2 times most weeks.( bare in mind this is 28 quid a day and it wasn’t needed as my husband WFH ). My dog also stayed twice more at boarding and settled fine. When booking him on for a longer stay at dog zone said they couldn’t guarantee his stay because he was unsettled a year ago. I would think after a year and 2 more settled boardings they would have been accommodating but no just very happy to take money of us for in needed day care but this was the agreement from the first boarding. They are ripping people off. There is only 1 pleasant member of staff, the rest are rude and have no social skills. Thankfully we have found a much better, cheaper and well organised kennels with plenty of updates. They also take care and time to get to know your dog and are so patient. Unlike dog zone, again I would not recommend.

Brilliant place lots of care and attention to each dog that attends. My dog has been attending since 2019 and doesn’t want to come home at the end of the day. Highly recommend to anyone.

Our pup goes every week for a couple of days and has boarded before. She's always excited to go and well looked after when there, and she comes home tired from playing all day which is a bonus! Staff are all lovely

Have used everytime we've gone away for last number of years, great place. Helen and Rick are lovely and great with the dogs. Our dogs love it.
