A whimsical and out-of-the-ordinary outing in Oakland! I took my sister and niece here to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and we had such a great ride with our amazing gondolier, Liam — he was a lot of fun. Our ride was scheduled for 5 PM, and it was wonderful to breathe in the fresh air and take in the beautiful lake backdrop. Customer service from Leah was excellent, and I’d highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for something a little extra special to do.

What a sweet way to spend an afternoon! Amelia is such a light—so joyful and kind—and her energy really set the tone for the whole ride. My best friends were visiting Oakland for the first time, and they were totally blown away. The views of the city from the water were stunning, the music was perfect, and it was just really peaceful and fun to watch everything happening around the lake. Honestly, it was one of those “wow, life is good” moments. Super chill, super special. Highly recommend.

We had the most magical time celebrating my boyfriend's birthday with Dolce Vita Gondola this past Sunday! From start to finish, everything was charming, and full of joy. Our guests enjoyed enchanting gondola rides through the water--everyone was blown away by the experience! The gondolier, Amelia was friendly, fun and engaging- she added the perfect touch of Venetian romance to the afternoon. The venue also allowed us to live music by the incredibly talented Rob Reich--his performance created the perfect addition for dancing and celebration. There's something unforgettable about dancing by the water, surrounded by friends, music, and the glowing warmth of the sun.

Book it! We received a gondola ride as a gift for our wedding and recently booked it. It was SO FUN. The gondola itself is actually from Venice and your gondolier sings beautiful songs during your trip. AND the couple who runs this business is so wonderful and kind. They truly make the experience magical. Oh! And you can bring a bottle of wine, snacks, whatever for the trip as well. They provide blankets if it's chilly or parasols if it's warm. We didn't want it to end.

What a magnificent excursion with Dolce Vita Gondola this evening! The boathouse is stunning, the gondolier had a beautiful singing voice, and once on the water, we were bowled over by how beautiful & peaceful everything seemed. The service was gorgeous and everyone was so welcoming & kind. What an elegant experience. Thank you so much, Leah & Gyorgy! We can't wait to do this again!
