This is a heated studio. Took an intense yoga sculpt class, mostly sculpt not much yoga, with loud music so if you like to get sweaty and really hot and pushed to the edge, go for it. Not for a smooth yoga class to start the day.
Hi, I’ve been coming to this place for about a good year and half. This place is so fabulous, diverse and super compassionate. There’s this spiritual Devine vibes there, all about love and unity. Specifically this heated environment is a perfect place to clear your soul and your body off from all the toxics, at the end it finishes off with those chilled citrus towels that’s just a perfect complement in that fabulous experience,🧘♂️💯💕
