Not worth your time. I'd emailed in through the website asking if they could help with my specific tax situation. I received a response saying yes and advising me to make an appointment. I created a consultation appointment through their website again detailing my situation and received a confirmation text. I arrived for an appointment and they said "we don't make appointments". When I spoke with someone and described why I was there they stated that they couldn't help me. When I asked why I was told over email that they could help me, they stated they didn't know who responds to emails. A waste of time. It would concern me to have an organization like this handle important tax documents.
I made an appt weeks ago. Been confirmed and didn't hear anything else after booking online. Show up at 9 AM on Monday the 1st when they don't even open until 11? And when I called to report this or ask if there was a reason, I had to leave a message. It's Wednesday and I've not heard back. Total waste of time going to this business owner. I didn't want to write this, but with nobody reaching out to me to explain, I have to warn others. This rating could so improve if they only cared to return a call.
I had the pleasure to meet Mr Dominic, when I needed some help with an amendment I was having some difficulties. He made some time in his busy schedule to meet with me, very kind and very helpful.
Yvonne does a very good job, she takes her time to explain how taxes work and if you still have questions she will answer every single one . She's very professional and friendly 💯 muy bien 👏 10 de 10
