I have to say the 3 guys that came out were very nice. Unfortunately they did not know what they were doing and tried to schedule a $7,000 job to repair a collapsed sewer line for the following day. I had another plumber come out and he got the line clear by cleaning out the roots. As with any big job, always get a second opinion. The positive is that I wasn't charged anything because they didn't clear the line. I read some of the other low reviews and see this has happened to someone else. Wow, is all I can say. Come on guys.
Had an Absolutely amazing experience w/ these Gentlemen Caeden and his Partner went above and beyond. Troubleshooted in a Timely manner and Got our Appliances up and Running and Even added a Surge protector to Protect us in the Future. Will be using them again and would recommend to just about anyone in the Future.
Javier the licensed electrician was available in one day for our electrical problems. He was extremely clear, transparent, and happy to educate us while systematically fixing everything and checking our panels, grounds, and neutrals. The service was 110% and the cost extremely reasonable. Highly recommend Javier and "Done" for electrician work.
Carlos and Ashton came in for a major repair and I couldn’t be more satisfied. They were thorough in their assessment, great to work with and very mindful/respectful of our home and needs. I’ve used Done for several years now and Carlos and Ashton were the best I’ve worked with yet! I’d highly recommend them to anyone in need of a plumbing job. Ashton even came in on New Years to get us taken care of with no extra charge too. These guys went above and beyond for us. I’m tremendously thankful to them for their great work.
We had done plumbing come out for a check up on our plumbing in our house. Dylan Knutson was fantastic! He was very thorough in his checkup. And he also addressed all of our concerns about our plumbing. He gave good advice and he was very friendly and professional and explained things so that we could easily understand what was going on with our plumbing in our home. I highly recommend Done!
