The experience here was great! I'll definitely be back. Called in a few days ahead for a simple tire repair, and I was told when they had availability. I dropped the car off early, and I heard from Don with a cost estimate before I got off transit. The repair took only a couple of hours, and they even took the time to put air in all of my tires for me! Pricing was solid, it was a little under what I'd expect to pay at the dealership and reasonable for being in the city.
Terrible professionalism and constant upcharging. Whoever served me was dismissive and defensive when I explained what the issue with my car I had experienced was, likely so they could dispute the real issue to upcharge. I went in for sway bar replacements. They quoted me for the price to change both, then charged me double that after the work was completed and tried to say I misinterpreted them (very much double checked when they quoted me that the original quote for both bars would be the total). Additionally during a battery change, they decided to change my oil and filter when it was a non issue just to upcharge me. The battery replacement itself was about $100 over charged compared to other shops on top of the unnecessary work. Do not trust this shop with your car or your money
They were able to squeeze me in the week of Thanksgiving and have my car repaired in less than 24 hours, saving me having to spend $200 on a car rental to get to Thanksgiving. And all this after I emphasized that there was really no rush and that they could take their time and work on it after Thanksgiving. Also very affordable and excellent customer service!
Great experience! Dropped off my car for a simple repair and had clear communication from Don the same day about cost and time of pick up. I was able to park on the street at the time of drop off. Highly recommend. Prices were far better than other places around, quick service, and I will be back in the future.
