Outstanding service. Thought my system needed to be replaced due to multiple issues, rep came, explained issues and recommended repair instead. Tech who came was extremely knowledgeable and skillful. Only wish I found them sooner, could of saved me a lot of stress and money.
Been a satisfied customer over the past 7 years. Courteous and friendly repair technicians, always explained and showed the problem before actual repair. Techs always arriving within the 2 hour time windows given, and calls//text prior to arrival. Reasonable price over the big guys and work is always done well.
I can’t recommend this company highly enough. I had an emergency leak just before the installation of my new AC, and Sean came out at the last minute to fix the issue. They were incredibly easy to work with, knowledgeable, and straightforward. No scams, no upselling just honest, reliable service from a company that truly knows their stuff.

Downtown Air gave a competitive bid and I was impressed by their planning, coordination with the roofing company and execution in completing the project. Sean, Danny, Michael and their teammates are excellent. And our OUC bill is down $32.00 from last August!

The technician (Daniel) who came out was incredibly knowledgeable and courteous making sure everything was explained clearly. What really impressed me was their commitment to follow through—not just with the initial service, but with the six-month inspection as well. Most companies disappear after the contract is signed. That kind of follow-up is rare and shows they truly care about long-term customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!
