I sought Dr Young's help to work out how to deal with a number of personal and professional dilemmas that I had no idea how to resolve. Dr Young was not like the typical therapist I had seen previously where you unload a bunch of problems and the therapist offers suggestions.. no, Dr Young takes a totally different approach.. I can scientifically say it's almost magical because it unfolds naturally and my growth and transformation was so profound that when some usually devastating things 'revealed' themselves I was ready. Dr Young knows exactly what is needed and learnt how I like to learn which allowed me to make this incredible transformation. This new me now has more progress to make and I look forward to my next phase with Dr Young in 2025.
