Highly recommend Drain Masters! I just had Tony from Drain Masters come and visit my condo because of a gas leak in my water heater. It was a same-day call, so I was already pleased with the quick scheduling and responsiveness. Tony was very friendly and incredibly helpful in diagnosing the cause of the leak and fixing it all within minutes. He also gave me a couple of pointers about the water heater (age, drainage points, etc.) but he made it clear to me that I still have a couple of years left with it and didn’t need to replace it just yet. Tony was also transparent about the current estimated cost of replacement so that I know what to expect going forward. I can’t express enough how much I appreciate honest, transparent contractors who quote you a fair price for necessary services and aren’t just trying to upsell you. It makes all the difference in keeping my business. I would 100% recommend Drain Masters, and I plan to use them for all of my future plumbing concerns going forward.
This company is amazing! I had issues with my laundry sink (clogging). I called Drain Masters and within 30 minutes George showed up to my door. He was extremely kind, knowledgeable and quick! George was very friendly and professional. He has come out twice for different jobs. The company was responsive, quick and on time. Plumbing is a fickle beast and when the job needed tweaking they came out again at no extra charge.
