I have attempted to do my behind the wheel driving classes a plethora of times and every time i arrived the operation hours were changed to where my appointment was outside of the operating hours. Never was I ever informed of the operating hours changing so that i could reschedule or anything of the sort, i would find out when i arrived at the location, and what makes it worse is that she would have us book 7 weeks in advance. Her communication is terrible, my first appointment that i was not able to attend, I was informed 5 minutes before I was about to leave my house for my appointment (20 minutes before my appointment would start) that the appointment was canceled. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

Did not use this company and would neverrrr recommend. They cut me off without their blinker and then I realized they were on the phone! In their company car advertising driving lessons???!!! And then reading their responses to negative reviews just shows their lack of professionalism

Drive Safe Driving School on Eastern Ave is a complete disaster. The instructors are rude, impatient, and unprofessional. Instead of teaching, they belittle students and make the whole experience stressful and humiliating. The cars are in terrible condition—dirty interiors, faulty brakes, and worn-out tires that make you feel unsafe the entire time you’re on the road. It’s hard to focus on learning when you’re worried the car itself might break down. Scheduling is another nightmare. They cancel lessons at the last minute, offer no real explanation, and refuse to refund your money. Communication is nonexistent—you’re lucky if they even answer the phone or respond to a message. It’s obvious this place only cares about collecting fees, not actually helping people become safe drivers. Between the poor instruction, unsafe vehicles, hidden charges, and zero accountability, this school is a complete scam. Save your time, money, and sanity—go anywhere else. I would only recommend if you already know how to drive. Otherwise, absolutely not! Pros: online classes, payment plan, takes you driving through the Essex MVA testing path Gray area: she has some independent study days and you take your quiz the next class. Classes are short, literally 45 minutes more or less. Cons: - You will not get your 6 hours behind the wheel; first day she has you do HER job of filling out paperwork regarding your test scores and whatnot. There’s ample time to get at least one hour of driving in, but she just sends you bout your way - Doesn’t respect your time. You can’t be late to her classes but she can be late to the behind the wheel sessions that you have to wait a couple months for. Received a call 30 minutes before the second appointment to cancel. Said she would not penalize for it as if she had anything to penalize for…. - Last day of the behind the wheel, she drove to Essex MVA, took my bf through the path and then brought him right back to her school. He drove for 15 minutes out of the 6 hours IF THAT. - Went to the MVA to check if paperwork was put in about a week or 2 later and had to call her to request she do it… She’s kinda nice and all, but witnessing this was absolutely ridiculous
