Worst blowout of my entire life. As someone who has visited many drybars and had many blowouts, I was baffled that this stylist let me walk out like this. I did not see my hair until after I paid and used the restroom. My ends were completely frayed and my roots were separated with product. Truly have no words.
Today I had Tomeka do my hair and I could not say enough good things! I have super long hair and she did beautiful curls that did not drop! Totally coming back and would suggest her to anyone that wants a full, curly, big blowout. 10/10!
Dani is absolutely amazing. She has hands of gold and provides the most thorough and relaxing wash I’ve ever had! My hair always comes out perfect!
Vanessa is AMAZING. I bought a membership just based on my experience with her and the super sweet front desk lady! I called ahead and made the appointment however you don’t even need one since they take walk ins. So happy I randomly chose to get a blow out today! Highly recommend this location.
Never had a problem with them before, but today was the first! For reference, I have a really hard time washing my own hair due to a medical condition. I make appointments every 1-2 weeks to get my hair washed and styled. I made an appointment on Thursday, Dec 11th to come in that Saturday. When I showed up this morning, they said they didn’t have an appointment for me and wouldn’t have one until the next Saturday. I tried to explain that I had booked with someone from their staff and really needed my hair done. They were rude and told me they couldn’t do anything about that, even though I know they take walk-ins. Both girls kept giving me rude looks while I was trying to talk to them. It was such a shocking and negative experience. I’ve never had problems there before and it really sucks because now I’m questioning whether I cancel my barfly membership and find somewhere else to go.
