In a pinch, they helped me out in my inspections. They do cost extra than the normal safety inspection locations across town, but like I said, I was in a pinch. I disagree with their window tint device. I think it needs calibration, and they put the wrong state for my license plate on the safety inspection form and when I went back to have it corrected at 12 noon, the shop was closed. Probably for lunch. I understand they are understaffed, but Google claims they are open for eight hours straight when in fact, it looks like they are not. all in all I gave it three stars because of the oversight on the license plate, the pricing fee structure, and the window tint device that needs to be calibrated.
First of all I am writing this review on a Thursday morning at 8:23 in the morning and they are still not open.... The first time I came here for an inspection they charged me $20 some odd dollars and told me my tent was too dark... Yes I was shocked because I have passed many times before but I was even more shocked when zabrina told me I have a year to get it fixed.... She told me if a cop stops me because my tent is too dark during that year all I would have to do is show them the vehicle inspection report that says I failed for my tent being too dark and they would give me a pass... .... The inspectors name was zabrina Ramirez...They are absolutely spreading misinformation... They are not open when they say they will be.... And they charge way too much money for a simple inspection... I would never recommend this place to anybody. Save your money save your time go somewhere else. I will be posting an update about when the inspector arrives today.... Update...I decided to call the number on the sign...it is the number to their main office...you can reject the 8.50 shop fee at the time of service.... She said with the shop fee I have upto a year to come back to this shop to get it inspected again with no charge but if I get stopped by a cop I am still liable.... ...also it is currently 855am and the office said the inspector was 20 min out....that was about 10min ago... Guyz...readers....don't come here
The inspector was having a full conversation with someone whose inspection was already done and I waited for about 10 minutes before I asked is they were even open. He said “yes he’ll be with me soon” so I went back to my car, waited another 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. He proceeded to converse with the gentleman, who wasn’t even in the car being inspected, and vape in the inspection station. If he was actually working I would understand waiting but to be completely ignored is another thing. I decided to leave and go somewhere else and I was pulling out they decided to come knock on my window. No, thank you
Dieser Techniker im Bild ist wirklich extrem unhöflich!! Alles, was ich getan habe, war zu fragen, warum es hier in der Stadt deutlich teurer ist als überall sonst, und er sagt: «na gut, ich hab dich gefragt, ob du schon mal hier warst (was er übrigens nie gefragt hat), also musst du woanders hingehen» und geht dann einfach weg. Seine Haltung ist unhöflich, wirkt kurz angebunden und dreht mir den Rücken zu, während ich rede. Er ließ außerdem die Kegel, die mein Auto blockierten, stehen, also als ich ausstieg, um sie zu verschieben, kam er auf mich zu, als wolle er mich einschüchtern, mit Brust rausgestreckt und Kinn hoch, und sagt: «Gibt es ein Problem?» Und da sagte ich: «Ja, tatsächlich gibt es eins. Deine Haltung ist grob und unhöflich, und ich möchte wissen, ob du der Eigentümer bist.» Er sagte nein und drehte sich wieder um, um wegzugehen, also bat ich um seinen Namen, damit ich ihn in meine Beschwerde aufnehmen kann, aber er verweigerte seinen Namen, also machte ich ein Foto, als er wegging, damit derjenige, der diesen Ort betreibt, weiß, wer hier Kundschaft vertreibt. Er ruiniert das Geschäft sicher! Ich würde ihn nie an mein Auto lassen, ganz zu schweigen davon, dass ich jemals wiederkommen werde. Ich würde nicht empfehlen, hierher zu kommen!
Dieser Ort ist echt mies. 20,00 pro Inspektion? Alle anderen verlangen 7,00! Außerdem sind sie langsam und kümmern sich überhaupt nicht um den Service. Bisher sind 20 Minuten vergangen und niemand ist in der Werkstatt, während eine Schlange von Autos wartet.
