We had a flat tire and AAA couldn’t take off a lug nut. We were told that Eagle tires could do the job for us since it was after hours. We had our car towed there. When my husband asked the service desk about the job they said they can’t do it and were rude about it. They Didnt even attempt to look or try to remove lug not. Terrible customer service, rude employees. Wouldn’t even give one star.
Fast, easy, and convenient. Came in for a tire patch and was out in 15 min!
I ended up getting a flat last night and all tire shops were closed. I live near Clearwater but work in Tampa and would be working the next 2 days and not getting off until 6pm, most tire shops close at 6/7pm. I didn’t want to drive on a donut for 2 days back and forth to Tampa. I saw Eagle was open 24/7 and I was able to come in at 4am on my way to work and get my tire patched. They had me in and out within 20 minutes. Friendly, helpful and efficient. Thank you!!
Had the pleasure of speaking with a nice lady. Unfortunately, I was scheduled for an alignment but no one informed the mechanic.I was given a date/time and something said, just call to confirm. The lady placed me on a 15 minute hold, looking for the manager. I doubt he was hard to find if he was even on property.No luck, so she came up with the best excuse she could on the company's behalf. A waste as I waited 4 days for service.
Came by for a patch job and the location was closed. Open sign off. Door locked. Called and no answer. No sign posted. Waited a half hour in case the employee working was on break. Nothing. Watched another prospective customer stop by and leave. Maybe give them a call first before heading to the shop? Because they were not open 24 hours in my experience. Very disappointing as this place was described as a lifesaver by the person who referred me. If this is a normal thing then they should update their hours as to not waste anyone’s time.
