We had a difficult time with this company. We hired them for a deep cleaning first, which was not done correctly. Two girls came and one disappeared for the entire time and seemingly did nothing, making the second girl do everything. The girl who seemingly did nothing then talked about how they should just finish up what they could because another client was waiting and proceeded to argue with me when I pointed out what was missing; showing her the sheet of what they said was to be done in a deep clean. The company did make it up to me and the owner and the girl who tried her best to cover for both girls came and saw what wasn't done correctly or thoroughly and fixed it by doing the deep clean over. The owner said the girl who did nothing would NOT be back in my home, so that made me comfortable hiring them for basic cleaning every two weeks. Although the cleaning lady I had was kind, there were several problems. The company changed the day of cleaning for us to a different day and the time they would come several times, two days in advance. They send out questionnaires after each cleanings and we filled them out with great detail of things that were not completed or done correctly and instead of taking into account what was on the list that they gave us that would be cleaned but not getting done, the company's solution was to upgrade us to a "Deluxe Deep Clean Appointment" in between the every two week cleanings. The problems we had were: Bedroom: Placing things in an orderly fashion on the counter in the bathroom, dusting the bed frame and lamp, Living Room: light dusting in the living room and cleaning wood furniture and table tops. Kitchen: cleaning all appliances (especially the small appliances on the counter in the kitchen), leaving streak marks on the dishwasher, streaks and smudges on Berkey Filter, cleaning light switches and cleaning the backsplash. Laundry Room: wiping washing machine down, Whole house: mopping, they go around everything on the floor, leaving crumbs in missed spots of vacuuming and mopping. This last time there was food crumbs and a cobweb on the floor behind the trash can. The final straw was the company not fixing the problems we were having but instead trying to upcharge us to a "deep clean deluxe", changing the time this week with a 4-5 hour time frame difference, then offering a different day when that time change wouldn't work out and the owner going back on her word and telling me that the girl who the owner told me would NOT be back in my home would come with my normal cleaning technician at this new day and time and be trained by my regular technician and then become "the assigned cleaning technician from then on." I truly believe my cleaning technician tried her best and she was very kind but the company did not give her enough time, training, or another person to help her clean my home. I've attached some pictures but not all, taken at the time when things were missed for your reference should you choose to go with this company.

They are prompt and great at cleaning. We have used Earth Home Eco since January and are very pleased with the thorough job that is done. You won't find a better company that uses safe chemicals and dedicated to great cleaning. Their employees are trustworthy, friendly and efficient. Try them I'm sure you'll be pleased.
