This is a wonder place to bring your fur babies I recommend you try them out. You will not be disappointed. Everyone was amazing. Shout out to Dr Li, Patty at the front desk Denise thank you for trimming my puppy's hair and nails, Mauricelo and Eddie you both were awesome, you handled my Bentley baby with so much care. This will be forever my fur baby's hospital or clinic. Thank you all again.

My fur baby got ran over Saturday night and was taken to an emergency vet in Burleson, they gave us low hopes of recovery with a big price tag. We made the decision to take my baby home with the thought that he wasn’t going to make it…my sister recommended me to reach out to this animal hospital and first thing Sunday morning I got call from Eddie to take my baby in. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Eddie and Dr. Li from the moment we walked in they treated my dog with so much compassion, patience, and genuine care. You can truly tell they love what they do and care deeply about their patients and the families behind them. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all questions, my dog was comfortable every step of the way. What really stood out to me was how affordable their care was compared to a larger vet hospital in Burleson without ever sacrificing quality. It was such a relief to receive excellent, thorough care without feeling overwhelmed by the cost. Finding a vet you trust with your fur baby is priceless, and this office has earned mine completely. I am beyond grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and commitment to providing top-notch care. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a vet who truly goes above and beyond. 🐶❤️

I had a great experience at this vet. I’ve taken my animals here since the ‘90’s & experienced multiple staff. Ms. Patty has been at the front desk since day 1. She always knows my name and is kind. She can be a force to reckon with if a situation merits and runs the office with efficiently, as I’ve noticed while waiting. The waiting is never long. Eddie the tech, supports Dr. Bob with his experience & team attitude. Dr Bob is kind and a great medical professional. Prices are reasonable. Eddie & DrBob explained procedures to me and treated my animals with a gentle hand. Easy to schedule visits, pleasant waiting room, I’m grateful for this clinic.

He’s absolutely amazing understood, and genuinely apologetic about my earlier concerns. He listened to everything I had to say, acknowledged my frustration, and made me feel heard and valued as a pet parent. His professionalism and compassion truly stood out, and it completely changed my perspective. I appreciate you, Eddie, for taking such great care of my fur son. Your kindness and attention meant a lot during a stressful moment. Because of the way the team handled the situation, I would absolutely recommend this clinic. Thank you again for turning things around and showing what true customer care looks like. ***************************************************** I came in for an emergency visit after being referred by a friend who has been bringing her dog here for 17 years. When I called, I was told the clinic accepts walk-ins, so I brought my dog in immediately since he’s been vomiting and not eating for the last three days. I waited over two hours to be seen, and the older receptionist was unfriendly and condescending. She even assisted another customer who had only been waiting about 15 minutes walk in as well. If she knew someone had already been sitting there for two hours, you would think she’d at least offer an appointment for another day or communicate better. I will not be returning. The younger Hispanic staff member was helpful, but the older receptionist’s attitude was unacceptable.

Have been taking all our babies to East Lancaster Animal Hosp for 30 years now. Today we took in a new (Apollo) kitten in for a checkup & shots. The Tech (Eddie) was very helpful & explained all the injections & tests that would need to be done. We could tell that he has a great love for all animals. He was very polite & professional. Also would like to say that the ladies at the front desk have always been very friendly, courtesy & professional. But Pattie is my favorite & has been there for as long as I can remember.
