Yes, today was the worse day, I ever seen at EOBA Organization. Every Wednesday they’re always late getting their food line started. The Turkey Dinner giveaway was horrible, Dawna Williams Executive Director (Interim ) allowed people to cut the line of a Disable Blind client who had just recently enrolled in their food program there. This client arrived at 8:50 am and stood in the line for one hour and forty-five minutes, while other people were allowed to cut in front of her. We were told by the people forcing the line, that Dawna Williams told them to do this. Argument's ensued, people were vulgar, name-calling and disrespectful to the people who have been standing in this line. Ms. Williams, this could have been avoided, if your team was knowledgeable of the procedures processing and not giving out false information. Which allowed this incident to happen. You, said “to me after, I tried to apologizing for my unprovoked words”. You’re the one who was in need of respect, in my experiences; you show respect in order to receive it. I was protecting my client rights. From my understanding this food is donated my sponsors, so that you can help the community and not bully them. This is my experience I encountered with you today personally. Maybe this organization should reconsider the Executive Director abuse of power. Thank you,
Great place to bring your kids for an after school program or just for boxing.. either way the environment and people are amazing to be with!!
