Don't waste your time or your money. All the 1 stars are facts!!! Been going here for 25+ years. Since new owners took over, it's been downhill from there. Gave them benefit of the doubt and bought the 3+1 free deal. Sorry I did! Shotty work. Car is still dirty. They barely wipe anything down on the inside. They act like they don't know how to clean your rims. The floor mats still had dirt on them and underneath carpet was not vacuumed. They don't clean the back window. I watched and all 4 times I had to tell them they didn't do the back window. Two of the 4 times, they had to take it back through the carwash because it was still dirty. Using dirty rags, leaving residue on the car. Nasty! Bad bad service. As you read through the comments, you'll notice they won't comment on the negatives to try and make it better. 🙄 They only respond the good comments. Says a lot!
Very disappointed with my car wash today! I have been going to this car wash for about 25+ years and it is nothing compared to the way it used to be. Prices have doubled and this is how I got my car back today after a $28 car wash + tip. I won’t be back.
My first and last time using this car wash. I paid $60 for my SUV(RAV4) I waited for 1 hour and 10 minutes for my car to get washed and cleaned. The car was not washed properly, I could still see dirt spots. The inside was nicely cleaned BUT I’m not sure what they use to clean the rubber mats because they are slippery. ALSO they scratched my window. I did not notice until I got home. I do not recommend this car wash.
I was just visiting from out of state and the amount to be paid for a carwash is just incredible compared to what you get. $20 and you car gets splashed with soapy water and wet dry with all the dirt on it . I asked the cashier and she said thats all people for basic like seriously not even someone to dust . Plus they lost one of tray cover . Do not recommend if this the service they will provide . Had to ask the guys to re wipe the vehicle because it was pretty obvious that dirt was still there.
Horrible experience! I took my Mom to get her car washed today and it wasn’t cleaned properly, we were told her car was too dirty. The owner or manager said we needed to make an appointment! An appointment to get bird poop off and to get dirt out of cracks and crevices! If washing/ cleaning cars is your business there is no such thing as too dirty! (my Mom got the deluxe wash). The customer service is horrible and I wouldn’t recommend this business. The previous owner has several great reviews with before and after photos showing cars covered with bird poop and the cars came out totally clean, there was even a guy who said he got his car washed once a year. If you are an old customer, you’re going to be really disappointed! There was no attempt to rectify the issue at all. I would have given no stars but that’s not an option.
