We had a great experience with carpet cleaning. Strong communication and the outcome was fabulous. Our house smelled nice and fresh after a full house carpet cleaning. Carpets were not fell sopping and dried quickly even in the winter. Highly recommend.
From the very first phone call, the experience with Easy Clean Carpet Care was top-notch. Scotty was extremely polite and took the time to clearly explain his pricing breakdown based on the number of rooms we needed cleaned. At that point, we were still shopping around, trying to find a balance between the best deal and the best service. I already knew that for quality service, you sometimes have to give a little more, and Scotty made it clear why his company is rated 5 stars. After our call, Scotty followed up with a detailed text explaining the products they use and their overall cleaning process. That transparency alone set them apart. We ended up booking a Sunday morning/afternoon appointment. On the day of service, Alberto called us about 30 minutes before arrival, which we really appreciated because we were running an errand and it gave us time to get home. When we arrived, Alberto was already prepping hoses and water. He greeted me with a handshake and introduced himself, something I really value, as professionalism like that is becoming rare. My wife and I walked through the house with Alberto, pointed out areas of concern, and asked several questions about the products and cleaning process. Alberto had no issue explaining everything in detail, even going as far as comparing how hot their steam gets versus other companies that can’t reach the same temperature. That reassurance made us feel confident that our carpets were going to come out clean and fresh. We also asked if we could see the water afterward since our carpets hadn’t been cleaned in 9–10 years. Honestly, we expected it to be extremely dirty. While it wasn’t clear, it was much cleaner than expected, to the point where even Alberto commented on how good it looked for carpets that old. My family and I are extremely happy with the results and beyond satisfied with the customer service. From Scotty, the owner, to Alberto in the field, this company truly delivers. We will absolutely be recommending Easy Clean Carpet Care to friends and family, and they’ve gained a customer for life. Thank you again, Scotty and Alberto!
I’m very impressed with this company! Alberto was very informative , timely and efficient! Alberto called to inform us of his ETA, once here, we walked the rooms together. Since we have cats and dogs, Alberto brought a flash light which indicates where pet residue maybe- he explained what treatment he would use to clean and sanitize. Alberto left out carpets clean, revised and smelling fresh! I highly recommend this company!!
I was really impressed with their work. I had deep stains all over the carpet. I tried to clean it last year with my little carpet cleaner but the stains came back. Ask him if he could do the steps, when he sprayed the carpet steps, I could not believe the difference because the stains instantly disappeared. My home value probably went up, here is a before and after picture.
We had Jeff from Easy Clean do our carpets today and I must say wow. From the first interaction with the owner on the phone to meeting Jeff, this company does it right. Extremely professional, excellent work and affordable. They don't try to nickel and dime you or push for a hard up sell. We have a large house and Jeff was quick but very thorough. When we came back to check out the work the carpets looked amazing and the house smelled better than when it was brand new. Thank you for the excellent work. Highly reccomend! We will be hiring them to do our other house.
