William was amazing! He came out to do an inspection within an hour and then had a technician there 30 minutes later! He explained everything to me as we were coming up with a contract for our preschool. I never felt pressured! I use Eco Pest at my condo property as well and they have been reliable!
Dylan did an excellent job!! Very personable. The conversation was friendly and professional. Also, he kept us well informed throughout the process about what we he did, what to expect, and what steps to take next moving forward. He cleared out spider webs around the house as he sprayed repellent and placed mouse bait. Lastly, he gave plenty of extra knowledge about pests and their tendencies. Highly recommended!!!! Dylan is new to this route and I just met him today (1/6/26). He was professional, friendly, and courteous as well as thorough, detailed oriented, and efficient. I had a few questions that he answered effortlessly, and I felt like he’s been my service technician for years! Highly recommend and looking forward to his future service.
William was an amazing tech. We’re in the middle of a move when we had to get the house inspected before we moved out from our rental. He was early, friendly & was able to clear our rental so we could move out timely. If we were staying locally we would definitely staying with him but we’re moving out of state. Definitely glad for the easy experience.
Matthew came by last week to perform a spider treatment. Unfortunately, for the 30 minutes he was here, the service did not feel worth the cost of a one-time visit. Many spider webs were left Untouched, and the overall treatment seemed incomplete. I contacted EcoPest afterward and was told a technician would be sent the following Friday. However, that evening—during a rainstorm—a mosquito technician arrived instead. I explained the issue was with spiders, not mosquitoes. He seemed confused about why he had been dispatched and said he would notify the office and arrange for someone to come the following week. Since then, I haven’t heard back, and I’m unable to take additional time off work to be present for Another visit. I’m sharing only a few photos.
