Service was ok, the individuals who came out to provide service listened to and addressed my concerns/needs. The problem came in when I asked to skip my January quarterly service. 1. I received notice that my quarterly was scheduled for Jan 27. If I needed to re-schedule, call within 24 hours of service. 2. I called and asked to skip this quarter. A. No noticeable pests. B. They're probably frozen. 3. Was told that in order for their chemicals to work properly, I couldn't skip. I said, then cancel all together - forever. If I am messing up the chemical process by skipping a quarter, then no need to continue the service through proceeding quarters. 4. Was transferred to another department, put on hold while they look into my account, attempted to tell me I couldn't cancel, lots of back and forth. I finally said "if you dont cancel my account, I'll cancel the payment method you have on file." Finally, they agreed to cancel, while still pushing their services. It was very unnecessary back and forth, and I felt held hostage to their service. 5. While they agreed to remove my payment method and cancel, I still put a hold on my credit card. Quite honestly, the way the conversation went, I don't trust that I've gotten rid of them. After the call I got ANOTHER text message asking me to call and discuss. I'M DONE DISCUSSING. GO AWAY.

We’ve been using EcoShield for our quarterly pest control, and they’ve been awesome! Our tech Corey is always super friendly and does a great job explaining what he’s doing, what he found, and what to keep an eye on between visits. I really appreciate how thorough and professional he is every single time. Since we have started using EcoShields services we have seen a big decrease in the amount of wasps, asian beetles, box elder & stink bugs in and around our home...especially this time of year when we used to start seeing them inside.
