Our pc tower suddenly stopped working. Eric responded to our enquiry immediately and arranged for us to drop it off to him. He diagnosed the issue (power supply not working) and gave a quote to replace the part.It was then ready to be picked up a couple of hours later. It was very reasonably priced and nothing was too much trouble.He was wonderful to deal with. Completely trustworthy as well as having all the skills and knowledge.We cannot recommend him highly enough. We have already recommended him to other people. Thanks Eric- you are a complete breath of fresh air in the world of service provision and the exceptional service you provided is very much appreciated. Eric was very helpful and friendly to deal with! He repaired my laptop's battery cheaper than if I even attempted to do it on my own as he was happy to pass on the discount for the parts that he received from his supplier, which I was highly grateful for. There was a delay in the parts shipment as well, but Eric provided regular updates and kept me in the loop constantly without me even prompting him. Definitely highly recommend if you ever have any tech needs fixed :)
