Favorite tacos and absolute favorite quesadilla esp from this location! They use the cheese I like - doesn’t have that slightly tangy / synthetic taste to it that other cheese with too many stabilizers has - and the carne asada always is fire - not greasy and / or chewy. Chopped cilantro, onions, fire salsa and some lime to balance the savory flavors. Also, glad they don’t add avocado into the quesadilla - ties it in really well. Didn’t rate the atmosphere cause I didn’t think it was relevant - parking lot is a pain to drive into but well worth it. I grew up eating Chris Meat market tacos in Huron and this place is probably the closest I can get to it without the individual wax paper wrap.

This place is good not too bad . The only bad thing is that they are very stingy. They don’t want to give out grill onions or even napkins. Every time I ask for something they say I had some already. I mentioned I can pay for the onion no problem. Before I pay o asked for extra stuff and that’s why I asked before I pay so they charge me what ever they need to charge me for the extra . But no they are stingy , not coming here again.

I’m disappointed. They got my entire order wrong. I will not be back. Not only was the food order wrong. We paid for 2 large horchatas. they gave us our order with no drinks. We stood there until someone finally got to us, and they ran out of horchata. We had to settle for pineapple juice that we did not want. Bad customer service tonight

My girlfriend said they have the best burritos so I went over to give them a try during the lunch hour. The line was reasonable but long so I was excited to try them out. I couldn't tell if they do cash and card but I took cash to be safe. I saw a lot of tortas coming out!! I almost changed what I went for but stuck to trying the burrito. They are quick and lively which is nice. The cashier was nice and helpful. Ordering process is smooth and I did takeout. When I got home I dug into my order. I ordered 2 asada burritos one with veggies one without and 2 asada tacos with extra lemon. They were spot on with my order. Woo-hoo!! Okay now the order... The asada tacos are just okay for me. I know they have won the taco throw down in the past and go back and forth with La Elegante for best tacos in Fresno so I give them much respect! They are Fresno legends but i am not a fan. On to my issue and why I won't be back... The tacos were okay. Just average for me (I'm an asada taco self-professed connoisseur). The burrito is what I went for. They grill the burrito shell which is perfect! The lettuce and tomatoes don't warm up so you still get the veggies taste. I don't think the veggies do anything for the burrito. You could easily do a regular burrito no veggies (add sour cream) and get more flavor imo. The Meat!! Here is where I won't be back. I bit into some strange things from the grill THROUGHOUT my burrito. Both burritos. I finally took a video of it because I couldn't believe my entire burrito was riddled with...burnt grill. I called to advise the manager to tell the cooks that they need to be cautious not to serve burnt grill matter and pass it off as meat because someone could get sick. They offered me to come get a refund (which i should have spending $30 bucks on 2 tacos and 2 burritos with bad meat) but because I do understand small business said no just tell the cooks to be cautious with orders. What I didn't like was the response I got. I wasn't asking for a refund I just wanted the cooks to be safe and cautious with people's food. The line was too long for this to be the norm but for some reason mine was awful. I was polite and smiled the entire time. They served several orders that came in after mine but my order eventually came out as I patiently waited and BAM it was a total disaster. I am sharing the video as I would want to know and that's why I do lengthy reviews. I will not be back nor can I recommend.
