I called and placed an order delivery at 9:45 am for a coworker who suddenly lost her pet. I called them back at 10:35am to ask if they could be delivered today before 4pm and they were delivered within the hour and they were beautiful! The person who answered the phone was so helpful. I asked them to make an arrangement within a certain price range and they did an excellent job Thank you!

We recently used Elaine’s for our wedding flowers, which we had arranged to pick up on a Saturday “any time after noon”. Google lists their hours on Saturdays from 9am to 5pm. They called the morning of the event to confirm the pick up and let me know that they had moved their location from Depew to West Seneca (good to know!!). They did not give any information at that time about what time they were closing. At 12:50, I was having my makeup done when I received a call from them indicating they were closing in 10 minutes!! I frantically called my fiancé to see if he could get there. Elaine’s called back and stated they would deliver to my venue, which was nice of them, but I could have done without the stress. More importantly, the flower delivery was incorrect. An additional flower order I had made, and paid for, was not included in my order. One of 4 corsages was supposed to be a pin-on, but all 4 of them were wrist corsages. The flowers were also not very nice, with some brown petals. I definitely would not use them again.
Ordered today ( day before Mothers Day) and she got by 2pm! She loves the flowers, very pretty! Easy to order online and prompt delivery on a busy weekend. Thank you!
I could not be more happy with my Beautiful bouquet. These flowers took a beating for 2 hours 88 degrees in the brutal sun today and they are still holding up beautifully. If you need flowers Elaine’s is the place to go. Wonderful service amazing and amazing staff!!
