I had an amazing experience at Elase Med Spa in SouthTampa for my first Botox treatment for my forehead scar, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. Irina Lytvyn was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to thoroughly explain the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way, especially since this was my first time. Her expertise and gentle approach really stood out, and I felt confident I was in great hands. It was my first time at Elase and I booked the hydrafacial platinum facial and it was amazing. I booked my treatment with Heather and she gave me wonderful treatment, not only did she inform me about what products to use for my skin, she also catered the serums used on me specifically for what I needed. Before starting the facial she asked me questions about my skin which gave me the feeling that she really cared. The atmosphere was welcoming and aesthetically pleasing which gave a nice ambience while getting my treatment. For first timers they offer a great $50 off of a hydrafacial treatment!
