They charged me $65, they kept my circuit board stored without doing absolutely anything, they didn't even take the cost of cleaning it. They supposedly said they were going to do a diagnosis, and I see that they are just... It's like they're a garbage dump, they have abandoned parts like it's a junkyard, they don't even check and they don't take the time to inspect the parts. They stole $65 from me when I only When I only earn $8 an hour, all they know how to do is scam you. They didn't even do anything at all. I don't recommend them at all. If I could, I wouldn't even give them one star.
I have used this place a couple of times for computer and phone repairs. Don't let the mess fool you. They do great work and repairs are done in a timely fashion. It is the only place I will take my electronics to be repaired.
I took my PS5 there for a repair and cleaning. They charged me 125 for the repair and another 25 for the cleaning. When I picked my unit up I noticed there was still a heavy build up of dust on the rear vents so I popped the cover off and pointed it out the the tech that the fan was also still caked in dust. The guy got really rude and said they don't CLEAN them they just blow it off with air. Yall I was charged 25 bucks for air, smh. I wouldn't give anything else to the crooks for repair if it were free.
If you know anything about electronics repair, you can tell immediately upon entering the store that these guys mean business and are uniquely qualified for their craft. Upgraded OS on my PC and fixed a RAM issue. Efficient and fair. Quick work and great communication! Will continue to visit these experts.
Electronics Overhaul exceeded my expectations! They were incredibly thorough in diagnosing (for $40) the issue with my PC desktop computer, clearly explaining that the power supply unit needed to be replaced. After his diagnosis, the owner called me back to explain how much their repair would cost and asked if I wanted them to proceed--which I appreciated. I was especially impressed by their same-day service — fast, efficient, and professional. Highly recommended!
