bianca was amazing for my toes and she asked me how i was doing and if i liked everything and made sure i was okay EVERY step of the way. i will be going back because i have never had someone as good as her, the other employees were sweet and welcoming and amazing all around. im proud to say i will be a loyal customer 💖
Nails by Emma and got my feet done by Devin, both AMAZING girlies! Emma executed the design I wanted, love them!! Definitely will be making this my go to shop, I recommend Element on McDowell for a cute set!
Very nice staff and a pretty mani/pedi. I paid more than I would have liked the services I received, but I do plan on returning because I love the way everything turned out. It was very clean and I felt listened to when I told them what I wanted. Anna was well experienced did my manicure so quickly!
This is my second time here, and they’ve done an awesome job each time. The first time, Emma was able to fix a seriously shoddy job a nail tech did at another salon, and my nails looked great, including the seriously cute sunflower she painted, one on each thumb. This time, Dilly did an amazing job copying designs I’d found online for Christmas. As a side note, I’m a wheelchair-user, and my fingers are partially paralyzed. They are happy to figure out accommodations and never make me feel weird about the situation.
Here are my mother’s nails done by Mike as well. Again, overall experience is what keeps this mother and daughter duo coming back. Thank you element nails! It’s always a joy to come pamper ourselves with you guys. ♥️
