Isaiah really understood what my muscles needed to relax. He was professional and gave great advice for me to continue relaxing my muscles. I have only found 1 other masseuse that understood how to help my muscles this much.
Absolutely incredible experience! The full body massage with Cynthia was deeply relaxing and therapeutic. She is highly skilled, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. Every muscle felt renewed and tension-free by the end. The ambiance was peaceful, clean, and calming — truly a five-star experience. I highly recommend Cynthia for anyone looking to unwind and recharge.
I love Jimmy which is the only reason I stay! The store is raising the cost of every massage by $10 to cover ‘operating costs’! When I messaged the store back upon receiving the email about this price increase, I was told that they were the last store to raise their price in this area. I also asked if the therapist who actually do all the work you’re getting a raise and they are not.! I am in complete shock that they would raise the price this much without increasing the therapist wage! I mean, come on how much of their operation costs really increased. If you do the math on that, 10 massage therapists doing five massages a day is $500 a day! Also, I called two other nearby stores who are not raising their price. Greed has no boundaries.
I went today for massage which is Saturday February 8th. Upon calling I told them I was a member and that I should have sessions and they scheduled me for an hour massage. My massage was with Donovan. He's fantastic and I recommend him. Upon completion of my massage I went to pay and I was told that I did not have any sessions because all 12 of my sessions have expired. Not once have I ever been told that they would have an expiration date. In asking the young ladies up front and trying to find out why they would expire and why was not told I was told that they would I would have to call a different office. Apparently all element massages are not together in the same company. She brushed me off and basically just let me know it's my fault that I did not know that even though I pay monthly for a membership my massages can easily expire. I then told her that even when I called to make an appointment that they did not tell me that my massages had expired, even though I informed them that I was a member and had sessions. She went on to tell me that it's not her job to tell me that. I asked her to speak to a manager and she told me that I could call back and that she would not give me any more information or numbers. I told her I did not need to have a cell phone I just wanted to know her number so I could actually talk to her. She was still very rude and so I asked for her name and she told me she does not have to give me that either. I tried to express that I'm very frustrated that throughout this whole time nobody would actually give me information or help me. I do not recommend elements massage They have stolen from me I feel because not once did they tell me that something I pay for even continually now I pay monthly all of my massages have expired. She then went on to tell me that I was being recorded and so everything that I said would be recorded. Said that's fine I haven't said anything rude I'm just very frustrated that no one will actually help me. I have not cursed I have not said anything inappropriate I just is very frustrated and clearly they do not know how to take care of customers.
I began going to Elements Massage in Glendale since May of this year. The one thing I absolutely love is the process of pairing you with the right therapist based on your needs. The Massage Therapists are highly knowledgeable, attentive and truly listens to my needs. I HIGHLY recommend booking a massage today! Jeff, Jack and Allison are amazing massage therapists that I have seen. The associates in the lobby are kind, polite and professional. Overall a great experience from the moment you walk through the door until you book your next appointment.
