The service that Elevate provided was amazing! I was a part of the planning for an engagement, as well as the caterer for the event and the Elevate staff made the process so smooth. The owners and employee were great to work with and responded to our event request in a timely manner. We were able to tour the space and book it right away. We were not required to set up or break down anything, that was already handled by the staff. With bringing in our own food, they were able to accommodate us. I also forgot a few of my supplies so they loaned me theirs. The space is great for intimate gatherings and not to mention that you get the upstairs and downstairs when booking. Great experience!
My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received on our vow renewal celebration. Christina and her team were communicative , friendly, and extremely helpful during this whole process. I am very pleased to have worked with them and will refer them to anyone in the future.
We had an absolutely amazing experience with this event planning company! For Creatives LLC decorated the venue for a dinner party for my 40th birthday. From start to finish, their service was incredibly professional and well-organized. Every question we had was answered promptly, which made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. The decor was stunning!! Very beautifully designed, thoughtfully arranged, and perfectly matched our vision. I emailed pictures for a slideshow that played throughout the dinner, as well as my Apple Playlist with my favorite songs throughout my life that played during dinner. My husband and I were very pleased with the outcome. Everything came together seamlessly and on time. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional event planning and flawless execution.
I have worked with this group before at a different location, but this experience far exceeded my expectations in every way. The service, venue, and overall value were exceptional. Roy and Christina are an absolute joy to work with and true consummate professionals. I hosted my daughter’s graduation party at Elevate, and Roy ensured that no detail was overlooked. When my husband and I arrived, everything was already perfectly prepared—our only task was setting up the food. The venue itself is so elegant that it required no additional décor. Roy had the floating candle cylinders cleaned, filled, and beautifully arranged, along with chargers, plates, and glassware set throughout the space. He also assisted with food setup and was genuinely willing to help in any way needed. We utilized the loft area as a VIP area for my daughter and her friends (big hit!) Our guests were completely impressed when they walked in, and my daughter was absolutely thrilled. You will not find another venue that compares in terms of cost, service, and overall experience. An outstanding experience from start to finish!
The decor and level of service was amazing. Every guest at my wife's Sweet 60th birthday said the party was, "Perfect!" Chef Groove's culinary delights did not disappoint.
