I enjoy that we finally have something like this on our side of town. Also, my kids enjoy it. We have been here with and without being part of a party. However, they definitely are super understaffed. They don't even have 1 person per area to help with kids following directions or being safe...it seems like 1 person per 4-5 areas, if even that many. I have no problem watching my kids but I don't want to watch others too. The number of kids allowed in each area also seems crazy! Lots of pushing and shoving with all age kids around. Also, even if you prepay online and do all the paperwork, you have to wait in the 20+ minute line to get the bracelets. A bit bummed. I hope they improve soon because it has great potential to be awesome.

So many Karen's in the reviews for this place... My sons and I already have the grippy socks from other indoor parks like this place. We brought them, but of course they insisted we pay for 3 pairs of the Elevate socks. Not super surprising I guess, but still annoying to pay an extra $10. We went twice, on a Saturday and Monday 2 days later. My interactions with the employees were limited, but they were very friendly. My 6 year old really, really wanted to play in a foam pit. But they only have a foam pit in the area for small kids 5 and under. He was basically standing and looking at it. I told him to ask the employee who was walking around, and she told him it was OK. The employees are great. They are not going to helicopter supervise your child. Personally, I think it's nice. I can supervise my children. They also aren't rushing you out the door when your time is up. Seems like there was more staff when we went on a Saturday afternoon for our first visit, compared with our second visit around lunch time on Monday. That makes sense. They probably schedule more staff on the weekends when they expect it to be busy. My son's favorite activity is the air bag jump. He was super disappointed when we arrived and it was not available. Then he asked the staff at the front counter, and they had it open about 20 minutes later. Awesome job, we really enjoyed our two visits.

I've been here a few times since opening, and my kid always has fun. However, I've noticed a disparity between the female and male employees. The female employees I've interacted with have always been helpful, always listened to what I had to say and were diligent in watching the kids in the play area. The boys, however, are different. Once in November when I went the team of safety guards was made up of one young lady and three boys. I was appalled by the lack of awareness from the boys. The girl seemed to be the only one interacting with the kids, reminding them of the rules, and just consistently watching them. Is saw one of the boys pull out his phone at one point. The girl seemed to be stressed. The managers are no different either. It appears most of them are women, and only one of them is a man. (There are five managers total I think) The female managers are always nice, but the male one is such a dud. No customer service skills at all. I'm not sure if itss that the male employees just don't respect their female bosses, or if they just assume their female coworkers will pick up their slack interacting with customers, cleaning, and working the food stand. It's sad to see, but honestly who's surprised the women are the only ones on top of it

We hosted a birthday party here and were extremely disappointed with the experience. Most venues make you feel special when you book a birthday party—this place absolutely did not. The staff displayed poor attitudes and did not seem to understand the birthday party process. Check-in took far longer than it should have, and we lost approximately 30 minutes of our scheduled party time. After waiting about 15 minutes initially, we were then instructed to check in at the regular counter, where parents stood in a three-person line for over 20 additional minutes just to participate in the party activities. Because of these delays, a significant portion of our paid party time was wasted. I strongly feel a refund or partial refund is warranted due to the loss of time and overall poor organization. The experience did not improve at the food counter. There was no staff present behind the counter, and we waited for someone to show up. The facility appeared either severely understaffed or staffed with employees who were unmotivated and unwilling to assist customers. Overall, the lack of organization, staffing, and customer service made this birthday party frustrating rather than enjoyable. This was not the experience we expected or paid for.

It's a very nice place. We've already attended two parties. My family. My children have a lot of fun. It's a new place, very fun, but the food and drink service is terrible. Very bad service. The employees don't know what they're doing. The cashier leaves the cash register to cook. It's chaos. I should pay more attention to what the team is doing.
