I called and asked about forms that should be filled out before traveling to Nicaragua. He told me that there are no forms, the agent then said that he was new. Before you travel it would be nice to have someone alert you so that you are not stuck in a foreign country

My husband and I stopped in to see if Elite might have info on cruises for our 40th wedding anniversary. We were both surprised to have the senior Elite person inform us that they only serve clientele who do cruise/land package trips for 10K each. He then told us they are appointment only. He did not offer his name, did not shake hands with my husband. He offered a business card. As I read the name and asked, “Are you Jay?” He indicated Jay was the young man on the phone nearby. It was obvious he felt we were not worth his own time. My husband and I are both retired RNs that spent the last 40 years caring for people. We did not view some patients as being more important than others. We treated all people with kindness and respect. Elite fell way short today in my opinion. The message was loud and clear, we have more lucrative clients to serve. Got it.

Ray and I have been fortunate to work with Elite Global Journeys for the past several years. Very professional and personable - sees to our every need. Most recently, Elite orchestrated our travel to Antarctica on Atlas Voyages!! To say the least, it was magnificent and a once-in-a-lifetime trip. Zodiac cruising daily, up close with icebergs, whales, penguins, seals, etc. Made new friends and the food never failed to please. We heartly recommend not only Elite, but also, Atlas Voyages. I highly recommend Elite Global Journeys for all of your trip planning needs. I wanted to surprise my husband with a special anniversary trip to Ireland and Craig and his team created the most special trip I have ever taken in my entire life. From the gorgeous accommodations that came with special perks, to the custom itinerary that was built around our interests, to the knowledgeable tour guides that made sure we didn't miss any of the sights, it felt like every detail of our trip was selected with extreme care. They even arranged a professional photographer to take our portraits around Dublin, and booked a private falconry class to cap off our trip in style! Our itinerary took us all around the country and our trip was planned so well that all of our in-country travel and transitions worked seamlessly. We were able to enjoy celebrating together without worrying about the logistics of putting a trip together. And if we had any bumps along the way, the team was available by chat to help. They even helped us process our insurance claim when we had a travel and luggage delay! I'm looking forward to using their services the next time I plan a trip. Thanks for helping us create such special memories!
