I have been a patient at Elmwood Dental/implants since 2023! I have full mouth upper and lower implants, which I’ve been very satisfied with! When I walk I’m the door for any visit I’ve always been treated like I was the only patient there!!! Today I had my cleaning and, as usual, it was a great experience!! Thank you Leslie and the whole staff!
Everyone is so helpful and friendly, not to mention skilled and professional. When I leave, I thank everyone for enjoying my visit..to the dentist..can you imagine?! They are all wonderful. I wouldn’t go anyplace else. Visit..you’ll see what I mean 👍
I absolutely love my dentist office. I appreciate all the updated and newest technology. Bernie is the best hygienist ever. I feel so safe and well taken care of with her. Dr. Chris is the best. The entire clinical staff is stellar but I’ve been with these 2 for over 10 years. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.
I have just completed my Invisalign journey with Dr. Missy Baleno at Elmwood Dental, and I cannot say enough about how it was the most incredible example of patient care that I’ve ever experienced as a patient from start to finish. Dr. Missy and Michelle were by my side as educators, advocates, and with an exceptional level of skill, attention to detail and compassionate care throughout the process. My objectives and concerns were tended to with the highest level of professionalism, and the time dedicated to ensuring I was completely satisfied and comfortable throughout treatment was absolutely phenomenal. Dr. Missy is both approachable and relatable, which immediately puts yourself at ease as a patient. Expectations were set every step of the way, and I was completely empowered as a patient. To say I enjoyed the process was an understatement. The process FAR exceeded my expectations and the results were outstanding. It was truly a “wow.” If you are at all considering Invisalign, Dr. Missy Baleno and her team at Elmwood Dental absolutely set the bar. I have not regretted it for a moment and it was the best investment in myself. I feel beyond fortunate to be in their care.
I only gave 2 stars, I'm new to this company and was looking into getting a nightguard, due to the practice i go to do not offer digital impressions, I was told about elmwood from a friend of mine father. Making an appointment was easy, I arrive the desk staff are nice, I was called back, no review on why I was there, I EVEN ASKED IF THEY HAD A SAMPLE OF THE NIGHTGUARDS THEY OFFER THEY MAKE OR THEIR LAB! NONE at all! IT was.like so uncomfortable to me. Prior to my visit the women who made my appointment knew what I needed. Usually they go into what they will be doing, what's next, they address the medical item you will be getting, they shownthe sample of it warranty, etc no one ever asked why was I here nothing. Just scan, pay & get out! Bare minimum of what service's your paying for, answers are always a wait time. If your paying for anything especially medical & dental it should be discussed with the patient. I can not getan imagine or file due to the software, I realized I was never given a receipt for what I paid for only my credit cards receipts, Sasha she sent me my transaction. last review I wrote was stated I never been there.i have and I have the receipts, amd my name is different from the review. Thank you, I will wait on this guard to arrive and see where it goes from.there.
