have been a handful of times, only good experiences up until my last trip. i walked to the back of the store where i thought the miniatures were (they had been moved to the front) and when i saw they weren’t there, i went back to the front. i heard the employee with purplish/pink hair mockingly say “excuse me” (i said “excuse me, can i have my drink in here”) whether it was about me or not- it made me very uncomfortable. i didn’t fully process what they said until i had already asked the other employee a question, i immediately walked out & probably won’t be back :( making fun of people isn’t a good look
Cute store with lots of little trinkets and collectibles. We were greeted by all the girls and they helped us find some Miku items. They just got in these halloween themed Hatsune Miku plush blind boxes. So cute! They have labubus and other blind boxes items if that's your thing, even some gacha machines in the very back of the store. Lots of Sanrio, Mofusand cats, Demon slayer, etc. Cute options. I LOVED the y2k anime / kawaii stickers they had on the side wall and if I wasn't with my husband I probably could be there for a solid 30 minutes looking at all of them. I have seen in the comments that some people have issues with the staff following you closely but some of these weak minded people need to understand that theft is really rampant these days. These items are tiny, popular, and easy to steal. We had a stroller so it's a given we will be followed. Don't worry girls, you are doing your job well. Some of us who have worked retail get it. ;)
This place is legit for your Sanrio goodies at excellent price. The staff is super friendly and, guess what, if you are not a Sanrio lover, there is plenty of cute characters to choose from.
Store is very cute with large variety of items. They also have makeup, handmade press on nails, cute stationary, unique snacks, mostly blind boxes and miniature kits. Staff is friendly. Every time I go in it’s normally busy. They have the Re Ment Miffy Natural Kitchen blind boxes. I like how their DIY miniature kits are unique from the other stores carrying similar kits.
Hidden Gem at Crabtree Mall – Eloise is a must-visit! I stumbled upon Eloise at Crabtree Mall and instantly fell in love! This adorable store is a paradise for anyone who loves blind boxes, plushies, collectibles, and all things cute. The layout is clean, bright, and super organized – it’s a total joy to walk through. The staff were so kind and helpful, answering all my questions with genuine enthusiasm. I ended up staying way longer than planned because there was just so much to look at! They have everything from blind boxes and plush toys to miniatures, accessories, skincare, and even a wide selection of Asian snacks (and at much better prices than other stores I’ve been to!). I couldn’t believe I got two Labubu blind box – the prices were amazing and totally reasonable! Plus, they sell the cutest designer-inspired outfits for plushies! I can’t stop getting 3 for my cute little labub~~~ If you’re into pop culture collectibles, cute décor, or just want to treat yourself or a friend, this place is a total win. I can’t wait to bring my friends here – it’s one of those shops where you walk in and don’t want to leave.
