The work was done by Angelica and Rosa, they did a great and amazing job.The cleaning was beyond my expectations l really enjoyed their performance and company in my house they were very professional and very knowledgeable on the cleaning process. I 100% recommend anyone who needs help with cleaning to use Emaids cleaning company they are perfect with nice staff. I did not have to provide any cleaning products they had everything that was required for cleaning. 🥰🥰🥰

Terrible Experience with eMaids I had a really disappointing experience with eMaids. They charge you before doing any work and clearly care more about getting paid than actually providing quality service. I booked a deep cleaning, but it was far from what was advertised. Corners were missed, walls weren’t cleaned, and it was obvious they just rushed through the job. The whole experience felt like false advertising — definitely not worth the money or the hassle. I would not recommend them to a dog

Absolutely disappointing. I feel completely ripped off. This was blatant false advertising. I’ve worked with many cleaning services over the years, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. The cleaners were absolutely NOT TRAINED and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I complained privately to Customer Service about the cleaners’ unprofessionalism and was not going to leave a review until I found out they made the bed without the fitted sheet!!!!!! Plus, they shoved things randomly into cabinets and missed several obvious spots while vacuuming, including under the chairs and table. I had to point them out multiple times kindly and even then, the job wasn’t done thoroughly. She didn’t even wipe the mirrors properly, there are still marks on them. I had to watch them the entire time because they were NOT GOOD AT THEIR JOB, missed so many dusty areas. I had to call it out too many times. I felt bad, It was purely exhausting. How do you call yourselves cleaning professionals when you send the most unfit cleaners to your customers? I can’t believe it. I trusted this company based on how they present themselves online, but unfortunately, my experience didn’t come close to what they promised.

I used emails for a recent apartment move-out clean and they were great! It was very easy to set up the appointment, their rates are reasonable, and they were great at communicating before/during/after the appointment. The cleaning was done very well. I would definitely recommend this service.
