I entered in so much pain I could barely think, because of this my blood pressure was soaring, and I was feeling extremely frustrated. This crew went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed, until I was ready for my extraction. Everything went quick and smoothly, and I appreciated all their patience with me during my visit. Dr. Smitheran was excellent, Amber and Maggie were so helpful in making me feel calm and relaxed, and the manager Raouf was extremely kind and understanding with his pricing to help meet my needs in this emergency situation.
I had to come in for a possible infection, and the staff were great! Amber took awesome care of me, and made sure I understood the procedures and what would go into them, as well as how to navigate my insurance. Very grateful they’re open on weekends as well so I’m not having to take as much time off of work.
I had the best experience I've ever had at the dentist today. My technician Amber and Dr S were able to talk me through my anxiety and I handled this better than I ever have. There was no judgment for my dental needs and I feel better about going to the dentist now. Thank you for helping me in my time of need.
I visited this practive for an emergency appointment, and the experience was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. Tyler and Dr. Smitherman were thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. Monse, my treatment coordinator, was supportive and friendly, making the process stress free. I never felt pressure to undergo any procedures I wasn't comfortable with. Check in was quick and easy. The front desk team, along with Manager Raoof, provided outstanding service. I highly recommend this practice for anyone facing an emergency or looking for quality dental care!
Just wow! I live and hour from this location. I have a dental phobia and have seen 4 doctor's in my area,m before coming here (all of them said I need to be sedated for my procedure (extractions). Not only was I scheduled within the following morning (Sunday), but the doctor was absolutely very kind and explained the procedure and process in a way I've never heard. Yes, I was still scared, but the doctor somehow took that fear away from me. I'm 45yrs old! I've been dealing with dental phobia since I was 19yrs old. 4 dentists that sent me out, to having my procedure done within the hour of arriving here. I can't thank you enough. Literally, thank you. You took my pain away. You helped me overcome my fear. The staff and the nurse that assisted were also very kind. 100% recommend this wonderful place to anyone anyone. Then the payments were so flexible! ❤️ 😍 Thank you guys! Ya'll are the best 👌
