I want to thank this clinic for being so welcoming and nice to me and my puppy, Leonard. He decided to eat some memory foam from a mattress topper and Dr Jacci and her staff welcomed him with open arms on a Saturday evening. The vet tech (I’m sorry I cannot remember her name) was so sweet and loved on Leonard as if he was her own. We were taken to a very comfortable private room and after they took him back, they kept us updated on his procedure and how he was doing multiple times. I appreciate how attentive and informative everyone was. Thank you for taking care of my baby and I also want to point out how much I appreciate how clean this place is.

Beyond grateful for Dr. Jacci and her staff! We brought our bunny Berkeley in when we noticed her experiencing head tilt, instability and appetite loss. Everyone was so kind and thorough when speaking with us, making us feel so welcome. Dr. Jacci did such an incredible job spending time with us explaining what was happening and the plan moving forward. You can really tell that Dr. Jacci and all the staff at the clinic truly care - and when you're in a moment of crisis, this is exactly what a worried pet parent needs. The costs were also extremely reasonable - a pet emergency is never cheap, but we felt that what we paid was more than reasonable, and you certainly won't see these prices at any other emergency clinic (especially if you have an exotic pet). I highly highly recommend Emergency Pet Clinic of Texas and Dr. Jacci to everyone - your family member will be in excellent hands!

I can’t express enough how amazing Dr. Jacci and her team are. In such a scary experience they were professional and confident in their care for our frenchie. He had aspiration pneumonia and they took the best care of him. They walked me through the process and gave me so much info. I left our boy overnight and knew he was in the best care. I got text and picture updates. Reasonably priced also.

My sweet Maggie got out of the house, we found her 7 hours later, and her eye was pretty messed up as well with some marks on her body. We drove 2 hours and 15 mins to get her to this wonderful place! They took her Straight back and examined her and came back with the plan. She went into surgery Maybe an hour later and got to come home 12 hours later! They took wonderful care of her and they are still checking on after 24 hours! I highly recommend, taking your fur babies to them

If you’re looking for complete competence, compassion, and comfort come here! My pregnant dachshund had issues during labor and need an emergency c-section. Doctor Jacci saved the pups and mama Sunshine! The moment you walk in you feel cared for and in highly competent hands. They spend the time to give you specifics, they go over and beyond prepping you with all outcomes as well as extend themselves in every possible way as far as customer concern, service, call backs, and care. The doctor was performing CPR on newborn pups, while feeding, taking care of surgery and looking after the Triage. Amazing, the whole staff is amazing all the things each of these ladies do give an abundance of care overall. I left one urgent care and had a referral here. Hands down God send.
