Huge Safety Hazard!! Took my 3 year old to play here thinking it would be a safe, enclosed space for them and for parents to relax while their kids play, My child ended up on a main road by themself because a member of staff had a fire escape propped open so they could go outside (probably for a smoke or vape). Will not be taking my child there again.

Can not praise EMF Junior enough! 👏🏽 I had my sons first birthday party there and the staff were absolutely amazing, our room set up was perfect and the entire lead up to the day was made super easy in finalising all details and payments. If you are supervising your kids AS STATED ON ENTRY, there is no way you can fault the play centre or staff. Extremely affordable and welcoming for toddlers right through to the older kids. Will definitely be coming back just like all our party parents also said.

Loud inappropriate music playing (Drake etc), with explicit lyrics in a children’s play centre. Nice. Half the toys have been stripped of any interactive play (kitchen has no utensils or play food - just basically cupboards to pull open and shut). Market stalls have no toys on the shelves. Fun. Morning sunlight pours into the toddler area, which makes it blinding for children trying to play. Staff seem disengaged and uninterested. Like they should be working at the front desk of a gym rather than a children’s play area. The only real positive part is the ball pit, which the kids enjoyed for 5 mins. Oh be careful of the dangerous set of stairs with no gate too - doesn’t seem to be a priority to get this gated off right next the toddler area? Downstairs arcade is weird and creepy. Like a casino for children - inappropriate really for children under 5.

Suitable for those 6 or younger, the business provides you with some tokens to use on the gaming machines though some were out of order or needed attending to like the one attached (not enough water evidently). Playground equipment was safe and enjoyable by all those whom were on the equipment. There is a cafe on site though menu it is limited as there aren’t enough customers on site to require more. $12.50 for your child to enter, bring your grippy socks.

Very bad asked at register if arcade was included and how much it cost. Told $15 per child to get inside and find you have to spend more money on tokens to play arcade games very missleading asked for a refund within 10 mins of entry and was told no. Some arcade games were faulty and all candy machine empty and very difficult to win. 2 token a play at a rate of $50 for 60 tokens. Timezones $28 hr play much better value. Kids were very disappointed not to menton that you dont win tickets so zero prize win
