I had a estimate for some work done on Dec 23rd...I was advised the estimate would be ready "in a few days"...today is Jan 5, 2026 and I am still waiting. I have made a couple calls to them, each time I was told another week. I understand there was a holiday to consider but I feel I have been more than patient. If I can't get a estimate from them in this timeframe, I would definitely not hire them to perform any work for me. I have contacted other local electricians and they got back to me right away. My advise...stay clear of Empire Electric!!
Matt and Will from Empire did a great job installing 6 new recessed light fixtures, switch box and dimmer switch. They were happy to review the project with me before starting work and were very pleasant and conscientious in everything they did to successfully complete the project. Highly recommend! I also appreciated Jennifer’s availability and help with getting questions answered, scheduling coordinated and status updates.
We recently had Empire Electric replace our fuse box after water had been leaking into it from the outside. From start to finish, they did an excellent job. Brad and Patrick were the technicians who handled the work, and they were very professional, clean, and respectful of our home. They explained everything clearly, addressed the issue safely, and made sure everything was up to code. They left the workspace spotless and made the whole process stress-free. I’m very glad we chose Empire Electric and would highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work—especially if safety is a concern. Great job!
Empire Electric was an absolute pleasure to do business with. We had a bad meter at a rental property and they promptly diagnosed the issue, quickly turned a very fair quote around and were out a few days later to complete the job. The crew did an immaculate job. I thought they used high quality parts and equipment and charged a very fair price. I will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone in need of a quality electrician.
Empire Electric was amazing in helping us deal with a major power issue at our house. We called over the weekend and they got right out to us on Monday morning. The crew worked throughout the entire day and into the evening to get everything done and restore power to our house. The entire team was professional and courteous.
