Good gym has a great set up with loads of equipment. Staff are friendly and good membership prices. Wish there were more around the coast!
Best gym on the northern end of the Gold Coast. Always greeted with a smile when I walk in or leave. Great selection of equipment and variety. Cool as air conditioning. Love training here and all the staff/team are amazing!
If you're looking for a gym with great group fitness instructors, welcoming & helpful reception staff along with plenty of fitness equipment & AFFORDABLE , then this is the one for you! Still loving the vibe after 13+ yrs. There's also a creche. Definitely recommend giving it a visit.
The group classes are next level, there is a class for every one, no matter your fitness level. The instructors are alot of fun. They run 7 days a week, at different times of the day, then throw in the added bonus of the virtual classes, running sun up to sun down. All this and so much more included in your gym membership, no paying extra to attend classes.
Empire Fitness Center sets the standard for what a gym should be. Immaculately clean, and beautifully designed. The atmosphere is welcoming and motivating, and the staff go above and beyond to make sure members feel looked after. There’s a wide range of high-quality equipment, everything is well maintained, and the space never feels overcrowded. It’s clear a lot of thought has gone into creating a place that’s not only functional but also genuinely nice to spend time in
