The best place to get physical therapy. I had a dislocated knee and because of them I walk straight now and have better balance. I wis I could give them 100 stars.
Got a call on 11/10 at about 10:45 and the girl on the phone was very much lacking customer service and people skills. Didn’t introduce herself or say where she was calling from just asked if someone was available to talk to. Thought it was common sense to introduce yourself and your affiliation so we know why you’re calling? When I asked who was calling that’s when she told me but very dry and rude. She was clearly in a rush to end the interaction asap.
Let’s start with the receiving crew Melanie and Rylee are phenomenal above and beyond. Therapist Richard Palmer knocked it out of the ball park. The ambiance here is full of empathy and true caring humble people. Millions of thanks and I will definitely refer you all to anyone seeking relief.
I have been going to Empower (Glendale) location for about 1 month to receive physical therapy on my right shoulder. This facility is really good, and everyone there has been very nice and helpful. The ones I have had interaction with are: Colton, Taylor, Mitchell, Brienna (my amazing lead therapist), and Melanie (super front desk gal). Great place to go and get your body back to normal.
