Hi! So I had Alex E out yesterday October 3rd 2025 to treat my place. I loved his service! He went above and beyond what I could have expected from him. He was very thorough and a very nice and explained everything to me, of course I had a bunch of questions and he had no problem answering them and did not get mad at all my questions. Very professional and agains, so nice I couldn’t speak better things about him. I am really glad he doesn’t want to treat my place. Nathaniel is always amazing! I know when he shows up to my property I have no worries. You can tell by the care in his job they he loves what he does! He make sure my residents understand how to prepare for treatment and the next steps they should take to keep their homes bug free. He is very patient and thorough. Even though they have reports to fill out. He still takes his time to talk with me in person about his recommendations for treatment. He is simply amazing 👏🏽.
