We just moved to the area and took Winston to Erta’s for the first time. She and her team were very thorough in making sure they knew what we wanted done, since it was our first time. They did a fantastic job and were very patient working with him. They take their time and it shows. When I picked Winston up, we chatted for a bit and they even offered diet and health suggestions for our other dogs with sensitive stomachs! Great experience and great groomers!

From the moment we walked in, Erica was warm, patient, and treated my dog Prince like she was part of her own family, which really helped since he’s usually nervous in new places. Erica took the time to ask exactly how I wanted his grooming done and followed it perfectly – he came out super clean, fluffy, and evenly trimmed. The pricing is very fair for the level of attention and care Erica puts into everything, and it’s a huge plus that she can also take care of things like nails and teeth in the same visit. You can really tell she loves what she does and cares about the pets she sees, and Erta Pet Grooming with Erica is now my go-to spot in San Antonio.

This is the only place to get your dogs groomed! My Husky is very stubborn & no other place handled him better! Literally the best place to get your dog groomed. I highly recommend as someone who has tried every groomer & nobody handled it better. Very Professional.

I love people who are passionate about their work, and Erta is definitely one of them! Oliver’s haircut looks amazing, and she even taught me about the grass burrs that were stuck under my dog’s paws and how to safely remove them. Absolutely a gem.
