People are nice but this membership is not worth it and extremely hard to get out of. I went in because I couldn’t afford the $50 membership anymore and Management said they would downgrade my membership and I was still charged the same amount and my membership never changed. I tried to cancel and you can’t cancel on the app and it’s extremely hard to sign in as I never got any of the emails but I am using the correct email on my account on the app on the website but it still won’t sign me in. The website says low membership prices but I was never offered those prices when I first signed up. I went in one morning and there wasn’t any running water. The dance room with the wood floors and mirrors stays closed unless there’s a class and the gym is so crowded that there is no where to stretch comfortably, at least if you go before or after the usual 9-5. Everytime I bring a guest they always have to sit down and sign a waiver and go through the speech of membership which I understand for safety but it’s pretty inconvenient when you’re trying to go in exercise and get out and when other gyms allow plus ones without so much hassle. The people are nice but I’m having a horrible experience. It just genuinely isn’t worth it for what they charge compared to other gyms and it feels like entrapment since I can’t even cancel my membership peacefully.
When I first started using this gym I loved it. But over time the machines have become worn down. The equipment is never re-racked. Most of the employees are great but there are some rude and unprofessional employees that work here. And lately they have been letting people work out without shirts on. Who wants to use a machine after someone had their half naked sweaty body on it. That’s unsanitary and disgusting. Pretty weird. Pretty disappointing. Will be finding a new gym this week
EŌS Fitness operates through deception and deliberate lack of disclosure. They market memberships as “all-access,” yet fail to clearly disclose that certain locations are classified as “Luxury” and exclude standard members. This information is buried in fine print and not clearly explained during sign-up or on their website. They promote what appears to be a luxury-level membership at a premium price, but the so-called “Luxury” location I visited was outdated and poorly maintained, with no visible branding indicating it was any different from a regular EŌS gym. My experience: I live in Riverside County and work throughout Los Angeles. Because I travel frequently for work, I intentionally selected a membership that advertised access to all locations. When I arrived at an EŌS location with my sister (who has the highest-tier membership) and a guest, we were denied entry because the gym was labeled “Luxury.” None of us were clearly informed of this restriction when signing up. Staff then offered only me a one-time entry, expecting me to leave the people I arrived with—an insulting and unreasonable solution. This lack of transparency cost them a potential new member, as our guest was considering switching to EŌS but decided not to after witnessing this experience. EŌS does not clearly advertise Luxury locations or plans. Instead, they rely on small print and vague language to mislead customers into memberships that do not provide the access they expect. I will be providing photos to show exactly where and how this information is hidden. If you value transparency and honesty, be extremely cautious before signing up.
Better location amongst the L.A area . It has plenty of equipment and decent size EōS . Will definitely visit again when I am in town.
I’ve been coming to this gym for a while now, and honestly, I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. The environment is great and always welcoming. The staff here really make the difference; they’re dependable, friendly, and always willing to help with whatever you need. I especially want to mention Trevor, the Operations Manager. He’s genuinely one of the most helpful people I’ve met. He is always checking in, making sure everything’s running smoothly, and making everyone feel like part of the group. You can tell he really cares about the members and the gym as a whole. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a gym where people actually care and where you’ll feel supported every time you walk in, this is the one.
