We couldn’t be more pleased with the work Ernest did on our new Mercedes AMG GLC 43. We did a lot of searching and talking to quite a few detailers in the area and decided to trust in Ernest (ESA) to do the detail and ceramic coating on our new baby. We set very high standards for Ernest. We had our GLC fully detailed, paint corrected (yes, even on a new car) and ceramic coated inside and out (engine bay, wheels, interior and exterior). Ernest attention to detail and commitment to taking his time and doing things right really showed in the end result. He kept us updated along the process and gave us time to retrieve our car. This brother did an outstanding job on my 2018 Dodge Challenger. My car is garage kept, but a daily use vehicle, so the nicks and scratches were obvious. He cleaned them up to make the car look practically new. What I appreciated most about his service was the communication of expectations and follow up. He even sent update pictures to let me know the progress. I highly recommend this service!
