Sky was an outstanding escape room host because of the way she balanced professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine care for the players. From the start, it was clear she understood her role deeply—not just as someone running the room, but as someone responsible for shaping the entire atmosphere. Her communication was clear and confident, making rules and expectations easy to understand without sounding rehearsed or robotic. She had a natural ability to read people, adjusting her tone and energy to match the group, which instantly put everyone at ease. What truly set Sky apart was her attentiveness. She was alert at all times, anticipating when guidance might be needed and when it was better to let players think for themselves. This showed strong judgment and experience. She also brought a contagious passion for what she did; her excitement never felt forced, and it made her presence memorable. Sky handled everything smoothly and calmly, showing patience and respect no matter the situation. Her professionalism, combined with warmth and sharp awareness, made her exceptional at her job. She didn’t just host—she elevated the role itself. Sky’s ability to connect, adapt, and stay fully engaged is exactly what makes a truly great escape room host.

We had an amazing time doing The Curse of the Pharaoh escape room! The puzzles were challenging, highly interactive, and really creative, keeping us engaged from start to finish. A huge shoutout to Darren, our host, who was excellent throughout—friendly, enthusiastic, and incredibly welcoming. He truly elevated the whole experience. I highly recommend this experience to everyone.

Chloe and Abby were the sweetest divas ever. Gave us just enough information to get through the Aladdin room without making us look dumb. This blew my expectations for an escape room. 100% coming back to try the others!

We recently completed the Dracula escape room, and we had a really fun time overall. The room and tasks were very well done, with engaging puzzles that kept us thinking throughout. It was actually our fastest completion time yet in an escape room, while still leaving us searching our brains at times, which we really enjoyed. The dark setting worked well for the atmosphere and theme, although it occasionally made reading or spotting details a little tricky. The music added to the tension, but at times it was louder than the voice-overs, which made them harder to hear. We enjoyed the challenge and would personally prefer fewer unsolicited prompts or clues, as we felt we were usually on the right track. We like being able to try things ourselves and work through the puzzles, and appreciate that there’s always the option to ask for help if needed — which is great for different play styles.This would keep us coming back and trying again. We also enjoy rooms that include clues you really have to take note of, or classic elements like padlocks, which we’ve liked in other escape rooms. We’re not sure if these feature in other rooms here that we haven’t tried yet, but they’re definitely aspects we enjoy. The bar area was quite dry when we arrived, which made the entrance seem a little uninviting at first, though this hadn’t been the case on our previous visit. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, with special mention to our hosts Matt and Darren, who were excellent at explaining the rules and setting the scene for the room. With a few small tweaks, this place would have an amazing atmosphere — we genuinely enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back for more

We had such a great time at this escape room! Darren was an absolutely fantastic host — so funny, upbeat, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. He explained everything very clearly and his energy made the whole experience even more fun. When we needed hints, he gave them at just the right moments and kept the comedy going throughout! You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and it made a huge difference to our experience. Highly recommend — especially if Darren is your host!
