The room we did was so much fun! I loved it. We did Blacksite and had a blast!!! Ray was great and friendly, great host! Can't wait to come back and do more!!
Fun experience, great staff! Did the Casablanca diamond one with a family of 4 and had a blast! One issue in the room with a non functional item (no spoilers), otherwise it would be 5 stars.
I just took my 11-year-old daughter and two of her best friends here to celebrate her birthday, and we had the best experience! Bob was super helpful over the phone and assured me that the Peter Pan room would be perfect for preteens. He was absolutely right! I sat right outside their room—there’s even a glass window so they could see me, and one of the doors stayed unlocked so the kids never felt uneasy. I feel awful that I didn’t catch the names of the two employees who were monitoring them, because they were fantastic! Whenever the kids got stuck or asked for a clue, the staff jumped in right away—always friendly and patient, never annoyed. This facility offers a great range of escape rooms—some that look challenging for experienced players and others that are perfect for families or beginners. The kids escaped with three minutes to spare and were absolutely thrilled! My daughter said it was her favorite birthday party ever. I had checked out other escape rooms before booking, and this one was nearly half the price of others in the area. Huge thanks to the staff for making my daughter’s birthday so special and memorable! 💕
Our family has done two escape rooms here and our boys have not stopped talking about it since! They want to try all of the rooms. Kirsten helped to make the room challenging but accessible for our kids. She was so patient with them and gave just the right amount of support so that they were not frustrated. We will definitely be back!
Unfortunately we arrived late due to bad gps directions... They were so grace filled and helpful. Even though we didn't solve the room they were super encouraging to us amateurs... We really enjoyed this!! The puzzle was fun as well. The only issue we had was the glitching video at the beginning. It made it more difficult to understand the story. Other than that, I highly recommend this place.
