Worst experience ever !!! Booked it for my son’s birthday. Got here at the exact time we were suppose to the. 2 women who rode the elevator with us walked out of the elevator 1st. So obviously got to check in first instead of the employee asking is anyone else here for this room as well she took the 2 ladies in, 10 mins later when an employee comes back out we show them the reservation the lady then says oh the game started already with the 2 ladies but don’t worry u can join they didn’t get too far! Why would we want to play a game that started already ??? Why would the employee not call out for all parties of that room to come forward. Then I tell her we don’t want to play a game that has already started especially since we didn’t come late and people have already began to play it. She goes well there’s nothing I can do u can speak to the manager. She gets the manager who comes to front with a real nasty attitude saying it’s not our fault you came late we can’t guarantee a refund. I told him we did not come late we rode the exact same elevator that those ladies rode in nothing was announced. I then asked for his name and he said “ I don’t have to give you that” wait a min you are the manager yet I can’t get your name you can’t guarantee me a refund all u can do is give me the option to wait 2 hours for another game ?!? What kind of service and employees do you have working here?! I have never ever witnessed such incompetence in any place I have ever been. Ruined my sons birthday good job 👍🏻 finally found out the managers name was Dillon. I warn anyone who is looking for an escape room do not waste your money or time here!!!

We did the fbi agent room and I was a little disappointed in the beginning because it didn’t look like any more rooms would open up but then we progressed through the story and it was so perfect. Sarah was helpful and stepped in at the right times. She was so sweet and took pictures for us after. I would definitely go back to try different scenarios.

Thank you Q for guiding us on how to find the secrets for Sherlock Holmes room!! My boyfriend & I really enjoyed ourselves. It was my first time so I decided to take my boyfriend for his birthday. Something fun, yet stimulating for the mind!! I felt like a true detective lol!! Will try again in future !! Recommend for date night or just fun with friends. I feel like the bigger the group, the better, more minds to solve and find clues.

We did the submarine room! Without spoilers, I want to say I enjoyed that it was very interactive and different from typical rooms with millions of locks. Thanks Luke for being our game master and helping us escape on time!

This was my first escape room experience, and it completely blew me away! We noticed it was just down the street from our hotel and decided to give it a shot—so glad we did. The puzzles were clever, the atmosphere was immersive, and the staff was fantastic. Easily a 10/10 experience. I would’ve given more stars if I could!
